I have seen various people offering solutions such as getting the latest version of Silverlight or disabling it, removing Adblocker and installing Webmail Adblocker instead. I had read that I needed Silverlight installed to run those (and apparently it was already installed)....but after not seeing it help at all, I disabled it on my Mozilla Add-ons...and In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. weblink No luck.
